The Max Schober Memorial Scholarship Trust is established and administered
by the Max Schober Memorial Scholarship Trust, which operates as Max
Schober Memorial Scholarship Trust Pty Ltd.
Scholarships are awarded to Northern Territory students to assist them
to complete years 11 and 12 in a Northern Territory school or college.
Since the first awards were made in 1986 there have been 210
scholarships awarded to Northern Territory students in government,
Catholic and independent schools and colleges.
The original Trustees were:

- Ms Kath Phelan
- Mr Graham McMahon
- Fr Malcolm (Paul) Fyfe MSC
The current Trustees are:
- Ms Kath Phelan AM
- Mr Mick Fox
